SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

We're currently happy to offer domestic shipping within the USA. After you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for production. Once your item is crafted, we'll ship it using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-6 business days for delivery. The exact timeframe will depend on your location and USPS service.

Convenience and Confidence

For your peace of mind, shipping is already included in the cost of your order. Additionally, all packages with a value exceeding $1,000 will be automatically insured for your protection.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Damaged or Lost Items:

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or any information about the lost package, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of our engraved products, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges. Once an item is engraved, the design cannot be reversed.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll work diligently to find a solution that meets your needs, whether it's a replacement item or a store credit.

While we source high-quality products from trusted third-party vendors, we stand behind the quality of our finished product, including the engraving. If you encounter any defects with your item, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll work diligently to find a solution, whether it's sending replacement parts, offering a repair solution, or providing other options to ensure your satisfaction.
